THE SMALL COMMUNITY

The home has the most amazing views and only two neighbors. Chris and Lorraine can provide help with tons of area information.Their home is 100 meters away.  Also, because they are close, they will be able to assist if there are any problems.

WEATHER

Because we are located on a hill above the central town of Caldera, we have much cooler temperatures. Typical day time temperatures are in the 80's and night time tempurtures are in the upper 60's low 70's. It can sometimes get hotter in the dry season. The tiny house has a split air conditioner. 

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Mague is a very safe neighborhood over looking the small community of Caldera. It is part of the Boquete District.

The hot springs and secret waterfalls are very close by.  On the property, there is a seasonal swimming hole in a little river.  So you are living close yet very private. Dorado Plus, an excellent super market, is at the junction of the Caldera/Boquete roads - known as the check point. Downtown Caldera has a fruit stand and small markets with many staples.. 

ACCESS

Entrance to the property is through an electric gate off Calle Estrella, a paved road.

The 1/4 mile long driveway winds up the a hill to the house. Plenty of space for guest parking. This special home is pleasant 30 minute drive to downtown Boquete and 45 minutes to David. If you have difficulty walking, this is probably not the place for you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The house is fully funished. It has a Laundry room with washer and dryer and room for storage. Electric, water, and trash are included in the monthly rent.  Internet service, TV programing and propane gas are your responsibility. 

THE RENT -  Available April 1, 2024

For just $495 a month you can have all the above. One Year lease - first month's rent, last month’s rent plus security deposit.
